This is NOT about local HK Chinese, it's abt almost anyone in Hong Kong who answers the phone for a company.
It is rare that any of them can tell you what MTR exit, or side street or a landmark, or something near. It's the weirdest thing. I wonder how they all find their way to work?
And annoying.

so i prefer asking e-map like centamap or yp map

I think what clarence meant was he prefers to look it up on an online map ... not a service or website called "e-map".
