$13K for 3-bedroom, 1,200 sq.ft in Causeway Bay. Old chinese building so not pretty from outside, but lots of space and high ceilings inside.

HKD 10.3K for a shoebox of an apartment in Causeway Bay (< 450 sq. feet). Very pricey but nice location
