I'm from canada and I'm spending my summer vacation in hong kong. I havn't been there in two years so I just wanted to know what can a teen do for fun in hong kong besides shopping. Last time I was there the beaches were pretty polluted so I'm not sure what to do. What can I do for fun? Pls help me out

Boring summer in Hong Kong?
I'm going to be spending my summer in Hong Kong and I havn't been there for two years but the last few times I went I was bored to tears. I'm finally 17 this july, is there anywhere fun I can go? Concerts, art galleries, shows ect?

P.S. Are there fireworks on July 1st in Hong Kong, cuz that's my birthday, an in Canada, I always get fireworks on that date.

Fireworks are 1 October and CNY, not 1 July. Sorry.
But there will be a huge demonstration and march against the Chinese refusal to grant any real democracy here.

But at 17 you are still underage for bars, which limits the choice a bit. I guess you just need an older guy to buy your drinks for you and show you a good time
