Traditional Chinese Catering Company?

Hi! I need to find a traditional chinese catering company for a party on Chinese New Years.... Does anyone know a good choice?

I think the common practise is to have the dinner or often lunch, at a top end restaurant (the best you can afford) and catering might not be suitable -- given that a lot of the food has to be served as quickly as possible.

In office catering for CNY might include a roasted pig and a few other odds and ends .... best bets are to check with Maxims or other chains, they tend to have fixed menus for groups.
