Moving out of hk - apartment clearance

I am shortly being relocated home - and a have a three bedroom apartment I need to clear out. Some of my stuff will come with me - but can anyone recommend sites or companies who will come and pick up household goods/ furniture that I no longer want? I don't mind paying for this service. I also have a terrace of plants I need to clear and again, am looking for a company who can do this for me. Thanks!
