Hi there!

Any book lovers around in this age???

I'm desperate to find some bookworms to start a book club with! I prefer fiction to non-fiction, but I'd love to try some non-fiction as well (psychology sounds interesting!!!).

I'm not a native English speaker but I read English books most of time. :P (just in case some people prefer to talk to native speakers :P)

I'm fine with both Chinese and English book clubs! And Spanish too - but my Spanish is still....far from being satisfactory...o_o"

This is nothing commercial...I just hope to meet other bookworms in HK - it's so hard to find them as they tend to be so well-hidden!!!!

How is your book club going?

I can't say I'm honestly that bookish. I read French as my preferred literature with English way below second.

Of all the times I've come to Hong Kong, I bring my own literature. I've not found much in the way of local interest or chinese novels particularly illuminating. The last book I'd picked up - 'Snowflower and the the hidden fan' or something by Lisa See, really tested my patience.

If you can recommend any native chinese authors writing in English, I'd love to hear.
