i've used them to go from Kowloon to HK several times and got 20% discount from the metered fair each time.
You call the number and the guy shows up to pick you up in about 5-10 minutes.

I had to take my cat for an ultrasound at 5 a.m. I called and pre-booked a taxi with this guy. His English was excellent and he agreed to pick me up at 4:30 a.m from the car park near my home. I waited for 30 minutes but he never turned up. I called him twice but he never picked up. I even gave him my phone number in case he needed to contact me. He quoted me $100 (after discount) for the route I wanted, but I ended up having to call another taxi company when he didn't show up, and they turned up within 5 minutes. Really sorry that I had recommaded this driver to you as I had used him a couple of times before which was reliabe. After your comment, i would not recommad him to anyone any more.....
