Its moist and wet in here!

I don't use AC or anything and my window is only open a crack. But, I am not experiencing anything like what you guys are talking about. My place smells quite clean and my sheets are dry. What is going on?

Call yourself lucky Chigger, but I hear if you live close to water, which I do, it is worst.

I just moved to HK and survived my first mold attack, a half and half of bleach and water worked for me but it also kept me high for 2 days. Also got a dehumidifier from Gome which runs all day until it's full with water.

Maybe I was a little wrong. I noticed the outside of my bedroom window seems to have condensation on one side. Also my towel seems to smell when I hang it out to dry after a shower.

Low tolerance for hot and humid.. hehe HK must be hell for 2 or 3 months a year for you! For me, I cannot tolerate cool, rainy, dark conditions... You can imagine what it's like living in Vancouver where that describes the weather for about 8 months a year!

just spoke to the family back home, looks like they might beat the rain record for the month of march! go Vancouver go!!!

well I must live in the worst possible place for mold and damp - we're on the top floor and very close to the harbor.

Since it's started raining, we've had leaks from various places in the ceiling, along the floor, and damp spots bubbling the paint almost everywhere you look. The mold is growing as well and we've mentioned this to the landlord, but she doesn't seem bothered about it.

Can anyone tell me if there is anything we can get our landlord to do about this problem or is it up to us to fix it? I need to take a look at our lease I guess.
