Besides Toyrus, there should be some in Horizon Plaza, Ap Lei Chau.

The ones in Horizon Plaza aren't discount stores. There's Bumps to Babes, Toys Club and Kiss My Kids (may have closed recently)

Hi, Thanks for the replies. I am specifically looking for Mattel (Barbie) and Fischer Price items. I saw an old post of a sale of these items and was hoping to find a factory outlet store for them.

The Wanchai stores buy small stocklots from factories across HK. So there's new stuff every week. I've definitely seen Barbie, and if you're lucky you may find some Fisher Price as well.
