Hi Everyone... I just returned to Hong Kong recently with a toddler of two. I'm so crushed as it seems so hard to find play dates, and children his age to mingle with. I'm feeling so bad! I know there are lots of kids around, but people just don't seem to be welcoming at all.
Can anyone help?
