+1 on the wet market in WanChai. Seafood is definitely fresh, and much cheaper than City Super or even the Wellcomes around town.
Theres another even larger wet market behind Times Square, but the WC market is cheaper.

Definitely South Stream Seafoods.
I think they deliver free if your order is over $500.
They have fresh and frozen fish as well as poultry, beef, lamb and pork products.
They sell bread, pies, cheese, free-range eggs, health juices etc....
Great quality, with organic selections and can be cheaper than the supermarkets too!
Here's their online store:
South Stream Seafoods Limited
You can even find tips and recipes on their website.
Love the wet markets, cheap as chips! Can get a whole weeks worth of veg for a couple of quid. Alright it's not 'organic' etc, but I'd be far more worried about the crap in the air you're breathing than whether it has Organic on the label.
If you're one of those people that likes to pretend your meat grows shrink-wrapped on trees I guess you might not enjoy the experience much though :P
You should go to wet market!
