I went and got mine done in TST
IT was $780 includin the rod n ring. However the rod is plastic.
It comes from london and has no chance of getting infectd.
the place is called MHK BODY PIERCING.
they give u everything. cotton swabs. waterproof plasters, bandages. everything and some tips n instructions.
not sure bout age limit. but u cud try there.
