summer volunteer opportunities for teenage brother

My brother is 17 and is looking to spend the summer with me in Hong Kong during his summer vacation from high school in the US.
He's an ABC, speaks good Mandarin.
He is very smart, hard working, very skilled in computers, good with kids, solid writing skills (basically he is willing to volunteer for a variety of orgs) and is looking to do something helpful this summer.
Are there any summer volunteer opportunities in HK that accept teenagers and non-HKID holders?

Even voluntary work requires an Employment Visa, so you'd need to find an organisation that would be prepared to sponsor him for that.
