Several Hong Kong-based artists, including Kat Cooper, Haruka Ashida, Amy Atkinson and John McArthur, exhibit portraits of Asian women. The theme is Orientalism, and the works show all the different faces of the Asian woman ? as an exotic beauty, as a wised-up seductress, as an object of desire and as a modern woman. This exhibition goes hand-in-hand with the play "The Real Suzie: A Tribute to Suzie Wong, Sex Workers in Hong Kong", presented by the same company.



《亞洲面孔》的展覽作品展示亞洲女性的畫像，由香港本地藝術愛好者攜手製作。是次展覽由紅屋製作主辦並與其 劇作《蘇絲真面目：「向香港蘇絲黃致敬」》? 一齣關於本地性工作者的作品，同期於藝穗會舉行。

不同東方女性的面孔流露其脫俗而難以言諭的美麗。女性，作為慾望、從屬品、男性迷戀的對象、獨立現代女性. ..
