Hi there,
I'm an amateur getting into DSLR film making (short films).
I just have a camera with some lenses, mike, tripods, slider, steadycam and studio lights. I may invest in more equipment, but that depends where the journey goes.
I'm looking for people who are interested in amateur film-making, be it in front or behind the camera.
Having said amateur, that applies to me, but the outcome may be even cinematic depending from the skills of the person behind the camera. The current DSLR cameras are awesome.
I also started a new thread about it: http://hongkong.geoexpat.com/forum/5...lm+making+dslr
And btw, if you shoot with a compact DSLR setup, I don't think you need a permit from the authorities, unless it's with gun props, explosives or adult stuff etc.
