Remote location in New Territories to shoot film

Does anyone know of a rather remote location in the New Territories area that is relatively quiet and empty that I could shoot a short film in without much distractions? I know the New Territories is a big place, but which district would be an ideal place to start looking?

    Thanks

Tsim Bei Tsui and few of the roads around there are mostly deserted mid week with very few passers by. On the other side, Sai Kung country park and its roads are also very empty outside of the weekends and rush hours. Lastly, any of the small roads that go off to east and west from Route Twisk are equally empty most of the time.

    Do you need extras?

    If the filming is commercial:

Public roads - Police Public Relations Branch (TV and Films Liaison Section)
Country parks - Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department

Anywhere in Sai Kung that is more than 1 hour walk from a car/bus will be deserted during the week. All the beaches, and surrounds, for example.

possibly the quietest place with pretty vast areas of country side opposite ma tseuk leng village towards pat sn leng mountain in sha tau kok

easy to get there are this is a main road - sha tau kok, also plenty of fast mini buses 55k from sheung shui and 78k bus.

possibly the low population density in whole of hk there
