    Sweating

    Hey folks!
Seriously... How do you deal with it. I'm really interested to know what your tricks and ways of coping with sweating are. And I'm not talking about sneaking in every single 7/Eleven you can see. It's driving me crazyyyy!!!

    1) If you are overweight, lose weight
    2) Wear light and breathable clothing
    3) Walk slowly and in the shade

Not convinced of the validity of this one. I sweat at least as much now as I did when I was 30kg heavier

Carry a small towel around. Theres nothing you can do to stop it, but at least you wont be the sweaty, wet person rubbing against everyone in the MTR.

No quick fix. Just acclimatize with time.

Move slowly, limit air conditioning at home, and if possible avoid excessively air conditioned locations for long periods. I mainly use fans at home and only switch on the air conditioner when I have guests who request it.

I always tell Mr. MM about it but he never gets it!

I had this problem last time I was in HK. I carried a small plastic fan with me and it really helped.

if i am a guy, i wouldnt carry a plastic fan.
Mr. MM is my hubby. This is how people in the forum to call their spouse or partner.

I know it's hard for a man to carry a fan. Mr. MM didn't care when he needed it the most.
