I second 'studiokuma mobile businfo' (Android app). Its great to type in a bus number and it overlays all the bus stops for that route on a google map which also shows where you are. Then you dont even have to use your brain as it guides you right to the stop. The only problem is that it only works with Citybus, NWFB and KMB buses, not the green minibuses. But it is better than the official bus companies apps because this one at least combines the 3 big bus companies into 1 app. The offical ones dont do this.
For green minibuses, I use centamap on a PC. Again you have a map view and can see all the bus stops around a given area, hover the mouse over a bus stop and you can see the bus numbers, including green minibuses. Click on a number to drill further to see where on earth that bus goes.
Centamap now have an android app, but I havent figured out how to use it yet. It appears to be in Chinese only (PC version has english option). I have hunted around for a language setting, because some android apps I know bury a language option in the settings somewhere, but havent been able to find anything on the centamap app.
I already use the studiokuma app for big buses - actually that was why I asked because I wanted something similar for the minibuses!
I will try the centamap download or the other one above mentioned that I have not tried yet. Thanks all.
not that I can see...hence the need for google trans...not terribly useful on phone tho...
