Domestic helper contract renewal - do I need to use and agency?

I am re-newing my domestic helper's contract, she is from Indonesia. I originally employed her through an agency because I was new to the process, although I did know her before. (She had worked for one of my neighbours.)

Do I need to go through an agency to re-new or is it easy enough to do myself?

If I use an agency do you have any idea how much they will charge?
