    Wink

Other than cooking courses, I think most of the Chinese food can be DIY. For instance, you can try to cook Chinese soup first, you can find packs of chinese soup material ready in supermarket in Jusco and some of the Park'n shops, it is easy and healthy! Then Chinese dessert, also fast and healthy! After that, you can try to cook hot dishes, which require more techniques.

You could also try the YWCA. The Autumn program is out now and there are some Chinese food courses in it. Check out http://esmd.ywca.org.hk

    Do cooking together?

Any ladies interested in getting together to either take cooking classes together or just cook up a storm together?

I'll be in HK from Feb 1 to maybe April, and then Nov 2010.
