Pinyin generator

If I have some Chinese text, does anyone know how I can convert it into a document that displays pinyin (and maybe also translation) above/below the characters, just like a textbook for learning Chinese? I've come across some website forms that can do this (e.g. pin1yin1.com), however when I try to print or copy/paste the output to a word document, the formatting gets all jumbled. Any advice much appreciated. p.s. I am on a Mac...
