Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed orange-brown bugs with long feelers appearing in the kitchen and bathroom at night. They are a few cm long and move fast. Anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them? We've been in the flat for 2 years with no bug problems. Not even sure how they're getting in as we usually have air con on and windows closed (although my helper and a recent guest do sometimes insist on opening them)....

You can get cockroach poison bait stations at pretty much any supermarket.
