Seems to be a rather large list. Might be some bargains to be had if you are not into Feng Shui.

Haunted House in Hong Kong - Square Foot
The most famous one of them all seems to be missing :
Nam Koo Terrace - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Well as half of them are public housing estates good luck with that. These places are well known and real estate agents have to tell you if asked. Pretty much any place where there has been a murder / suicide will be cheap on the market anyway.
This is a cultural thing, TigerSun and I think it is a translation problem between Chinese and English about the word "Haunted". Those flats mentioned in the site are not actually "Haunted" but someone dead unnaturally (i.e. Suicide, Murder etc etc). It is consider an absolutely no-no for local Chinese and the value of the flats are significantly affected (you will have a hard time trying to get a valuation from the banks for mortgage as well).Original Post Deleted
That is a sad, but I guess not a shocking list of suicides. Odd descriptions like heavy make up and what they did at times. Very sad especially when it is young people. Lots of money and health problems.
Makes you wonder when you walk down the street these days - danger from signs and people.
So all you have to do to get a place you want really cheap is make sure someone died unnaturally there. That could raise some kind of conflict of interest...
