I have a real problem with the towels. Does not matter what powder I use or on what setting, or what brand of fabric softener all the towels I washed so far have gone funny. All the fluffy parts gone into little knots, I can not describe it any other way. And they don't come out soft either, I do use the recommended amount of softener. I have a few more unused towels left and don't want to ruin them, so PLEASE somebody HELP!!!!

lol@All the fluffy parts gone into little knots..not laffing at ya but i done it myself coupla times but nowdays.... i use 30 degree temp and handwash for pretty much everything.
Set program to handwash and temp. 30 but am not sooooooooooooo sure
