    Settling Late payment fees

    I am having difficulty settling my late payment fees for Global Call Limited. After providing that i actually made the payments on time (thereby providing evidence that i didn't have outstanding payments) the person in charge of my account said it was OK and i didn't have to worry about the penalty fees, that was 2 weeks ago. I recently got a bill with the late payment fee still there.

    I'm not sure what to do next, the last time i talked to the person i asked to be provided with a bill showing that my bill was settled but he was reluctant. Considering that he's my account manager it seems that i need to fix my problem through him.

    Anyone have this problem before? Is it just better off to accept the late payment fee (small ammount) rather than go through more hassle?

    In my opinion, if you are sure that you have made all payments and do not own them money, there is no reason to accept paying penalty just to avoid trouble. Regardless how small the amount is.
    I would give them hell if they would treat me like this.

    u can just call them and tell them u paid them and u will not pay any late fees. even if they send the late fees in your next bill just ignore it and pay the just the amount due . After a while they will adjust it themselves.
