Getting a second opinion is always good esp if you believe you have dished out loads of $$$$.
Although, keep in mind that these two skin ailments can be reoccurring esp in such a humid climate as Hong Kong and there is no cure for either of them.
Try these other HK doctors for a second opinion but, make sure they already know what medicines you have used/taken to treat it so that you don't get additional drugs. Also don't be surprised if the treatment that is recommended is the same/similar.
