Wake up. Go straight to the pub, order a pint or bloody Mary and tuck into a full English brekkie.

Food is the last thing I can handle the following day after a heavy session, I have such a build up of stomach acids that i can go the whole day without eating even though I am hungry.

In theory; coconut water for rehydration (hang over's usually your brain being dehydrated from your kidneys passing out all the alcohol) and honey to bind to the left over alcohol which is basically poison.
