Like many expats, we're having to seriously downsize our apartment thanks to the property boom. I'm taking it as an opportunity to get rid of (i.e. donate) a LOT of stuff that perhaps we should never have gotten, feels great really. But still, there are a few bulky things which we're stuck with given we're a family with young kids and I'd love to know how others store these:

Luggage. Up to now they've gone behind headboards, under beds. In new apt, no space left in bedrooms. Now what?

Fridge that won't fit in the miniscule kitchen.

Kid bicycles, scooters, cars, etc.
Shoes. Lots of em.
Radiators, fans, humidifiers, dehumidifiers.
