Hi All,
I have been gaining weight like its nobody's business. Apparently a lil bit of bite goes a long way in my body. So just bloating up. Joined a gym, but not regular due to work, so looked up on the net and found this dietery plan - GM diet plan. Aparently one eats specific things each day and follow it for 7 days and looses 10-17 lbs.
Now, if any dieticians or people who have tried this plan themselves, could shed some light on it?
