HKO website says it is considering hoisting T8. In other words, a very strong chance of T8 tonight. They won't say it unless they are confident conditions warrant a T8 sometime later tonight. This is your T8 confirmation.

I doubt it, if it stays on this track it's more likely to be cancelled before noon
