Hey! How dare you insult Li Ka Shing's benevolent protection of HK!. He is working hard to ensure HK remains a productive place so that lazy bastards can't get an excuse to skip work!
On a more serious note though, I think the sparse rainbands might have more to do with the dry air over the mainland, robbing the storm of moisture in that quadrant...
When people do not need to go to work due to the bad weather, should those who can work from home continue to work?
