    At most maybe a T3, don't think a T8 is likely given the past record, you don't get many strong T signals this late in the season for Hong Kong. The dry air and cooler ocean temperature right now is not conducive to maintaining strong tropical cyclones around HK. Of course, I can be wrong on this...
