    Good Cobblers in Central/Sheung Wan

Monday, I need to get my Bettaccini's heeled, preferably while-you-wait or within a couple of hours.

Sidebar for future reference: What's the story on resoling now?

Please go see this lovely lady, if she had shoe lasts in my size I'd buy kung fu shoes from her regularly. She can resole/heel anything too, and she's good at it too.

Plan for tomorrow... hit the cobblers@190 Hollywood... pick up the tortillas@ International, Fook Sing Court... dentist@Gold Shine Tower... stock up on fabric Elastoplasts@some local pharmacy of course, then back to 190 Hollywood to pick up the shoes... perhaps a 2 hour round-robin run

Do you reckon she can cobble my heels in that time?

Yes, but she doesn't speak a word of English, so you may struggle a bit. I actually sat on a little stool with her and watched her resole my shoes. She talks to herself!

Ah, it doesn't matter... she'll give me local prices once I sweet talk her in fluent Canto
