    your favorite city?

    Hi All,

I've been in HK for about one year and got tired of this city...and now ready to move to London...

I've lived or am considering living in Seoul, Philadelphia, New York, London.

Just out of curiosity..what is your favorite city? and why?

    Vancouver

    Incredibly friendly people
    Pristine air
    Great food
    Lots of parks
    No traffic problems
Surrounded by 3 mountains with ski resorts
    2 hour drive to Whistler
    1 hour drive to Squamish

Vancouver certainly gets a vote from me... for all the reasons above and more. Christchurch, Queenstown, Perth, Montreal, Rome(don't know if I'd want to live there but what a place)

Anyplace where you can spend most of your time outdoors and not be stuck in traffic and pollution is great. It's gotta have mountains/hills and water...

London would be hell on earth for me to live but a nice place to visit like Rome...

    Belfast?
Must be incredibly friendly, with the number of people who will claim to 'know where you live'

Not to mention the glorious 'street art' on display.

And multi-culturally diverse with having Catholic and Protestant sections of all major religions.

Those who know me, will know the tongue is lodged very firmly in cheek, and I'm simply using a bit of dark humour. So no offence need be taken.

    Surprised no-one's mentioned San Francisco...

Of other places I've spent time then I could also be tempted by Stockholm or Helsinki.

And Vancouver is certainly high on the list of places to go and see as a possible retirement base (along with New Zealand).

I'm into hills rather than beaches, otherwise Sydney would be good.

    Vancouver!

Florence is very nice as well, but no ski hills.
