The belcher, good place to live at?

Another Belchers opinion after 2 yrs living there: I like the fact the rooms are a fair size, the construction is alright and facilities are great. Location is suitable for working in Central, Admiralty, or of course the other direction towards Cyberport or HKU as well. I've found it hard to catch a taxi in the morning rush hour however, so unless you book ahead there are plenty of buses, minibuses, etc. alternatively.

Fair # of local restaurants on Belcher's Street towards Western or Kennedy Town directions, otherwise the mall is just downstairs.

Oh, and the kitchens are quite nice with new range and combo microwave/oven.

My wife and I just moved into the Belcher's this week. So far we really like it. There is a nice recreation facility, restaurants, grocery store, etc. MTR isn't close, but it is easy to get a taxi, trolley or bus to get there. Let me know if you would like an extended tour of the grounds.

Where are you from?

I'm at Tower2 - maybe we can have a barbecue for the geoexpats!
