Ok, my plans have changed and I'm now going to be here for the Rugby 7s. So how do I get tickets? Legitimate or reputable places to get them? Are there touts outside?

Oh dear, expect to pay through the nose.... The best of all boyfriends somehow managed to lose ours. I then went out to get new ones, had to pay double the face value though. Many people ask for much more...
People are actually auctioning them off on e-bay and other expat sites.
