    We are not heading out to Macau till Saturday - so maybe the worst will have past by then.

    Is there much difference in weather patterns between here and Macau (apologies if that is a dumb question!)

    Considering it's pretty much a stone's throw away, the weather in Macau will pretty much be just like the weather here.

    I was hoping that it would be like the differences that can sometimes happen here between HK Island and the New Territories. Last storm, it didn't seem that severe here (HK Island).

    Ah well, indoor activities it is then!!!! My husband will be a very happy birthday boy indeed...

    We've got a hotel booked for Macau on Saturday night as well... Great timing.
