    0 Nicotine E-Liquids legal?

Hi guys, I smoke e-liquids with 0 nicotine in UK and I was wondering if I could do the same in HK? I've seen them being on sale at those multiple shelf shops and was wondering if it was legal to sell and use in HK?

Can anyone chime in on this?

    Cheers.

Nicotine delivery devices are regarded as pharmaceutical products in Hong Kong.

0 Nicotine mean there is NO nicotine in the eliquid, basically it is flavored vapor only

In Hong Kong the sale and possession of nicotine-based electronic cigarettes, classified as a Type I Poison, is governed under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance. Sale or possession is not authorized and both are considered punishable with a fine of up to HK$100,000 and/or a prison term of 2 years. However, the law does not cover any non-nicotine inhalers.[61]
