Where do you live? I have a free one going begging (shipped from the UK but our apartment has one built in)

Seriously? That would be very generous of you. I live in Kennedy Town which is HK island's version of whoop whoop.

Fuel in IFC sells Anzac biscuits. It's on the 3rd floor, they do a good carrot cake as well

Thank you Skyhook, I will try this recipe today, sounds yummy. By the way, my husband said that he went to school with a Chinese boy and his surname was Wing Young and they had a chain of restaurants -one was called "The Wok" and it was in Kew. Maybe this is the same family you mentioned in your post?
I can't find your photo of the photo of the dim sim.

    G'day Miss Koala..

As far as I know, William Wing Young is the father of Melbourne celebrity chef: Elizabeth Chong who is good buddies with Burt & Patty Newton and John Blackman etc of GTV-9, who was/is a regular on Good Morning Australia. As to the Wok in Kew, its very likely, that they are related, just as the Louey's and Wangs are fairly entrenched in Melbournes Chinese chamber of commerce.

Not sure where my dim sim photos went, they seem to have gone when GEO did one of its major upgrades, losing the original photo gallery they were contained in.

This is basically what they end up looking like, quite a lot bigger than the Marathon ( junk ) foods, fish n chip shop variety.

They last about 2 minutes when I serve them at our dinner parties lol Everybody loves them, be they Chinese, or pork eating non Asians .

I'll try and find my original step by step photos, I have got them stored in a folder on one of my drives some where, and will pop them up when found.
It will make it a lot easier to follow my recipe with the matiching photos, for sure.

    Anyway, happy home cooking.

    Tootle pip..
