    It will look lovely but don't expect it to be tasty. The thought of the artificial cream is making my taste buds shudder.

    Hey, I suggest you try Domie Bakery in near Jordan. They have pretty good cakes (a bit more HK style, but definitely better than Maxims) and are decently priced! (Their fruit tarts are to die for!)
