    Looks like the T1 is already up. From the HK observatory website: "The Strong Wind Signal No. 3 may be necessary during the day tomorrow."

    yep and accdg to the news....

    All kindergarten classes are suspended today, along with classes for children with physical and intellectual disabilities.

    just had an evening delivery cancelled because they think its going to be T8 at 5pm.

    Waiting for the EDB to announce all day schools are closed. Saves me from my hour long (each way) commute.

    OK, they've made their announcement and as of now, regular day schools are still open.
