he might have been there as a guest lecturer or something. As i recall, there was also another guy whose who was his "arch enemy" in genetics and he was also one of my lecturers - cannot for the life of me remember his name (not good - the guy was quite famous but clearly has not written any best sellers to jog the aging memory cells....)
