We buy ours from the store in Melbourne Plaza. We buy in the dozens as the pens are used for signing ceremonies and then given away as gifts to the signatories.

According to the montblanc website there are 6 official montblanc stores in HK. They will give you the official prices. There are three on HK island, in PP, IFC and Times Square. The three in Kowloon side are in elements, 1881 heritage and festival walk.

As mentioned also there are some smaller shops, like the one in melbourne plaza and des voeux road central (near fortress and all the mobile phone shops). you will probably get some sort of bargain with these guys if you buy bulk, pay cash / eps, etc. They may for example through in some spare cartridges.

One thing I find annoying about montblanc is their refills are pretty expensive and they dry up quite quickly.

    Cheers chaps.

Times Square seems like a sensible option for me.

Not bothered about discount as company is paying.

    From the archive.

The makers of the Mont Blanc fountain pen like to regard their product as the Rolls Royce of writing instruments. But over the last year or two the company's most expensive models - some of which retail at more than $270 - have leaked.

A retailer said, "We were getting Mont Blanc returns that were just a few days old."
International Herald Tribune 5 September 1989

The article went on to say that many more pens were probably faulty, but they had been put away unused.

Ended up spending a bit less and getting something from Swarovski. CEO made the call.
