The Soho on Hollywood Road?

Since my stay at the Soho is temporary, I'll be needing to look for an another serviced/furnished apartment for a short term lease, while I look for property to purchase (hopefully!) Trying to keep the budget around 10k per month if possible...with convenience to Central. If anyone has recommendations or know of a place, please let me know.

Just popped into THE SOHO and asked about it. It is "a place to live, a place for fun" (what it said on their leaflet!!) The management told me that the block is for living only, no more pubs (Used to have a gay club on the 9th floor). The rent is between HK$12000 and HK$20000.
