I ran two departments one in HK and one in Shanghai, also I had a dotted line to a third department in Tokyo. The Japanese team worked well together and seem to have genuine bonds between members. The Shanghai team worked well together and also with the other two departments. The Hong Kong team made up of individual prima donnas, refused to share information, constantly whisper crap about their competition (other "team" members) and must take credit for everything. The horror. Based on poor behaviours I witness on a daily basis I really have no sympathy for their "struggles". The way they constantly put down mainlanders really grates me since my team members up north are better in so many ways.
