My wife is HK Chinese and I was initially on a dependant visa. It is a very straightforward process and I recommend that you head down to the Immigration office and file your application. They took 3 months to process my application but I hear it is a lot quicker now. I got here in the early 90's

so, to apply in immgration office whats the batter idea for me ? is this good to come in hong kong in tourist visa and apply , but i cant get more then i month visa from here. And do the immgration office ask my wife's job and the bank balace? if then what and how much
