Supposedly free range / grass fed cows involved ...

AFAIK, the vast majority of dairy cattle in Australia and New Zealand are grass-fed (except during severe droughts), but I've never heard of a company in either country advertising "grass-fed butter."
Jersey Butter, available at 759
Strongly doubt the cows involved eat only grass. The girls could not support the daily milk production needed on only grass. That is, the milk production needed to stay in business for the farmer. Maybe the cows hang out in the fields, not the barns, during the day and do eat more fresh grass compared to others.
Any benefits to such butter-fat? Possibly more carotene, the yellow color. Still, butter is not very good for the health of the human, but neither is alcohol, refined white sugar, refined white flour, and nicotine yet folks consume them all with gusto.
Suggest you buy ordinary butter and spread it on a carrot.
I loved that last line jobin.
Lovely natural green green grass. What could be nicer? Of course it will have been walked, shat and pissed on by hundreds of other cows before eating but I guess "shit and piss covered grass fed cows" would not be a big selling point.
