Looking for housing in North Point

Hi all,

A friend and I are looking to rent a 2-bedroom apartment in North Point. Does anyone have suggestions for reliable (and hopefully cheap) agencies or direct-to-landlord places to look for housing in that area?

We'd like somewhere near the MTR station and in a clean, quiet area. Looking for somewhere between $8,000 - $10,000/month (depending on utilities being included or not).

Hi vorspeise42, my partner and I live in North point - are you looking for a modern new apt or older blocks? I can recommend an agent to you - we got our 2brm apt for around 8K, 1.5yrs ago. Prices may have dropped since.
