Top of TKO. We suffer from being right up against the hill. Small stream flowing down the steep hillside and running along 2 m behind our small row of houses turns into a covered stormwater drain that can never cope in a rainstorm. It just overflows around the houses. We also have a huge stormwater drain in front, but some idiot put a foot high concrete lip along the entire row in front, so of course the water can only exit via the small gate. Muppets.

Black rainstorm means stay where you are! Don't go anywhere.

Little bit of trivia.....does anyone remember Megi, six years ago and almost to the day! We were saved due to a weakening sub-tropical ridge but this time the ridge seems intact, which will prevent the northerly track occurring as early as it did during Megi.

Forget umbrellas, you needed flippers and a mask to get across Causeway Bay a few minutes ago.

I remember Megi - wasn't that the huge buildup, complete non-event?

Just had an email to say the event I am going to tonight is still on... I guess they thought we thought it might be cancelled!
