Never look at what clothes people wear so would be struggling to figure that out, especially if they are all dressed in casual clothes. Not what I said...I said in many/most cases she will be a FDH....it's called in any case statistics...200 000 PH in HK probably over 95% FDH so...you have more chances than not that she is.
